EXHIBITING PROCESS

1. Exhibitors should possess valid "Business License" and other legal qualifications, documents, and certificates (international customers should provide valid business qualification certificates from their home country) for production and operation.

 

2. Once the booth is confirmed, the organizing committee will send the "Exhibition Contract" to the exhibiting enterprise.

 

3. Participating enterprises should send the stamped "Exhibition Contract" back to the organizing committee.

 

4. Exhibitors shall remit all expenses (including advertising expenses, forum fees, etc.) to the designated bank account of the exhibition organizing committee. If payment is not made within the specified time limited, the organizing committee reserves the right to change the original booth allocation or cancel the exhibitor's qualification.  The organizing committee will send a booth confirmation letter to the exhibitor within seven days after receiving the full payment of the booth fee.

 

5. The organizing committee adheres to the principle of "first apply, first pay, first confirm".

 

6. The organizing committee reserves the right to adjust some confirmed booths based on the overall effect of the venue and the needs of safety and fire control.

 

7. Exhibitors check in, set up their booths, and participate in the exhibition.

 

8. Complete the dismantling work within the specified time frame.
